3 Bedroom mobile home sleeps 6 people.
Comfortable
modern three bedroom mobile home self catering accommodation
measuring 28ft by 12ft that is safety checked and
maintained to a very high standard.
Each home consisting of three bedrooms, one double
bedroom with double bed. Second double bedroom with
two single beds and third small bedroom with 2 bunk
beds. The central lounge and adjancent kitchen area
are maintained to a high standard as well as the seperate
shower room/ bathroom.
The Cottage style mobile homes are located on sizeable
private emplacements with sundecking and grass frontage
for private car parking and childrens safe areas.
Bedrooms
1 Double Bedroom (Plan. 4): Consists of a Double
Bed, a built in double wardrobe, 3 mirrors attached
to the walls and 2 small cupboards by each side
of the bed.
1 Double Bedroom (Plan. 1): Consists of two single
beds, a single wardrobe and overhead cupboards above
the beds.
1 Single bedroom with bunk beds (Plan. 5) : Consists
of bunk beds and a single size wardrobe. Mattress
protectors, duvets and pillows are provided in each
bedroom.
Linen
i.e Pillow cases, duvet cases and bed sheets can
be provided for an extra charge per week.
The Centre Lounge area (Plan. 2) has a spacious
dining area with additional table and chairs.
The lounge area easily accommodates a family of
5-6 people this also includes a TV and Video.
The kitchen (Plan. 3) includes a fridge/ freezer,
cooking utensils and saucepans etc. everything needed
for a self - catering holiday! Bathroom (Plan. 6)
consists of a shower, wash basin and toilet.
The Exterior
The exterior of the 'cottage' mobile home has a
sun deck, patio furniture – table and 6 garden chairs
with a parasol. Sun loungers are also provided.
The mobile homes are situated on large / sizeable
emplacements with ample space for car parking and
frontage play areas for the children / extra space
to sunbathe.
